An ongoing work Scold Vixen Harpy Shrew is a text piece which explores the disparaging language associated with fisherwomen.
The text is written on tar on strips of cloth mimicking the strips of cloth (clooties) that the women wrapped around their hands to protect themselves from the gutting knives and salt water.
